Fall has arrived in Florida, and while I know you are all thinking.....Fall in Florida, this girl is crazy right? Well, for me, Fall is here. Anything below 80 degrees is Fall to a Florida girl and we have been seeing nothing but the 70's this past week.  So I thought I'd share a few of my Favorite Fall Fashions for this year.  I'm really loving the yellows, burnt oranges and browns right now!  Lets see what you think of my selection.

Last night I was doing some last minute Pre-October shopping

and I came across the perfect vase and ribbon at The Dollar Tree for my first October DIY project.....Thanks to my mom for the inspiration!

50 and Fabulous!!!!!

Today my beautiful mother turns 50 years old!!! She is not embracing this milestone too well, but I must say: 50 and Fabulous describes her to a tee!!!  My mother is the most amazing mom a girl could ever ask for.  Not only has she spent the last 25 years raising 4 children, but she has also poured her heart and soul into helping others and being a great wife, friend, leader, supporter and the list goes on!  

Today I wish that all her dreams come true, as she has spent her life doing that for her children!!!!

Baby Shower in the Works!!!

So, my boyfriends sister is expecting her first child on December 30, 2010. Her mother is throwing her baby shower, but she asked me to do all the decorating!!! I was of course thrilled because I love to decorate, so I gladly accepted.  After meeting with Lindsey this weekend we have picked a theme and I can’t wait to get started. I can't wait to get to IKEA as I know they will have great finds to make this shower amazingly perfect. Here is the theme she picked.
